There is a phrase said about aquatic contact “going into 3d space” when you move underwater, no longer confined to standing on the ground in your dance interactions, all of a sudden having vastly more degrees of freedom in the way you move.

“Through your bodywork I was in the womb getting flashbacks of trauma from being inside my mother. I was able to work through trauma with my parents. You went so deep, no masseuse has ever gone that deep, to where I was a little bebé.

This is deeply intimate, transpersonal, non-sexual, present. When you’re getting a typical massage most bodyworkers can’t get you there, to be on the ground shaking, releasing, unpacking.

You do such important work, I’m so grateful. I feel fully safe with you, I am not worrying about whether I am drooling on you, I can fully surrender. I get sxxualized a lot. Even in a typical massage context I can feel the sxxual energy and am thinking, do you just want to sleep with me?

But with you I’m so safe we’re just humans laying on the floor. I didn’t feel an agenda, we are just listening to the ocean that we are the waves of. Oh, my poetry arises again, I was so clogged and you unclogged me!

I spent so much energy doing deep cognitive work this week so I was getting especially clogged. I had another appointment I canceled because I needed to see you first.

With you am able to be in the womb physically integrating all this mental womb work from therapy and for a moment during the session I popped up to my mind, and thought, I bet some people never get here. I feel so much more loosey, slinky. My art is all intuitive, my flow had been getting caught now it’s free! Thank you so much!”
